Please read these terms carefully before using MCP Playground. By creating an account or using any part of our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

MCP Playground Online (“we”, “us”, “our”, “the Platform”) is operated by Tech Evolve Consulting (OPC) Private Limited, a company registered in India. Our platform is available at mcpplaygroundonline.com.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) to create an account or use the Platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
You may sign up using your email address or a supported OAuth provider (e.g. Google). You are responsible for:
Each individual may hold one personal account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits, credit restrictions, or bans is prohibited and will result in termination of all associated accounts.
If you create or join as an Organisation on the Platform, you agree that credits and usage data are managed at the organisation level. The organisation owner is responsible for all activity and purchases made by organisation members.
MCP Agent Studio is a browser-based tool that allows you to connect to Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers and interact with them through large language models (LLMs). You supply the MCP server URL; we route your messages to the selected AI model and return responses.
AI model inference is provided by third-party model providers (e.g. Anthropic, OpenAI, Google DeepMind). You acknowledge that:
You are solely responsible for the MCP servers you connect to. We do not endorse, audit, or guarantee the safety of any third-party MCP server. Connecting to untrusted MCP servers carries risk; we accept no liability for data exfiltration, prompt injection attacks, or other harm arising from such connections.
We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or modify features, conduct maintenance, or restrict access without prior notice. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned downtime where practicable.
Access to AI model runs in MCP Agent Studio requires credits. Credits are consumed per run, with the cost varying by model tier:
Credits are held at the organisation level and shared among all members of the organisation.
Credits are purchased in packages through Dodo Payments. All prices are displayed at checkout and are inclusive of applicable taxes where required by law. By completing a purchase, you authorise us to charge the stated amount.
All credit purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable consumer protection law. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred between organisations or exchanged for currency. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us within 14 days at support@mcpplaygroundonline.com and we will investigate.
Credits do not expire. If we decide to introduce expiry in the future, we will provide at least 90 days' notice to affected users before any credits are forfeited.
Certain premium models are reserved for a future Pro plan subscription. Pricing and terms for the Pro plan will be published when the plan launches.
You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your purchase in your jurisdiction. Dodo Payments may collect GST, VAT, or sales tax where required by law.
Your use of the Platform is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. You agree not to use the Platform for any prohibited purposes set out therein.
In addition to the Acceptable Use Policy, you agree not to:
The Platform, including its source code, design, trademarks, and content (excluding your inputs), is owned by Tech Evolve Consulting (OPC) Private Limited or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights in the Platform beyond the limited licence to use it as described here.
You retain ownership of the content you submit to the Platform (your MCP server configurations, chat messages, and tool inputs). By using the Platform, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to process your content solely to provide the Services.
Ownership of AI-generated outputs depends on the terms of the underlying model provider. We make no representation that outputs are original, free from third-party rights, or suitable for any particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and complying with the model provider's usage policies regarding outputs.
If you provide us with feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Platform, you grant us an irrevocable, perpetual, royalty-free licence to use that feedback without restriction or compensation to you.
Our collection and use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure.
AI models can produce factually incorrect, misleading, or harmful content. We do not verify AI outputs. You should not rely on AI-generated content for medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical decisions without independent verification.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tech Evolve Consulting and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $10.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tech Evolve Consulting (OPC) Private Limited from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Platform in violation of these Terms; (b) content you submit or generate; (c) your violation of any third party's rights; (d) MCP servers you connect to the Platform.
You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Unused credits are non-refundable upon account closure.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, if we believe you have:
We may also terminate or suspend the Platform entirely with 30 days' notice. In such case, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users by email.
Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including sections on intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law) shall continue to apply.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through good-faith negotiation for a period of 30 days. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable law in your country of residence, including but not limited to rights under the Consumer Protection Act (India) or equivalent legislation in your jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. We will notify registered users of material changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may delete your account.
Minor changes (such as clarifications or typo corrections) may be made without notice. The “last updated” date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent version.
