Autoadify MCP Server

Autoadify is a social media workspace, and its MCP server lets an AI assistant see your connected channels, schedule or publish posts, and manage your media library. It is hosted at mcp.autoadify.com/mcp over Streamable HTTP and authenticates with an Autoadify API key.

Suggested model

Claude Sonnet 5

Chat with 60+ AI models on the same workflow — switch to a different model mid-conversation and re-run the same prompt, or use Compare mode to put several side-by-side and balance quality vs. cost.

Auth

Autoadify API key sent as Authorization: Bearer. Create one under Settings → API & MCP; Read + Publish scoped to the channels you want.

What the Autoadify MCP server does

How models use it and what it is built for.

The server exposes 13 tools split into read and publish groups. Read tools report your workspace, plan and remaining quota, list connected channels with their posting rules, and return per-channel status for every post — including the live URL or the error when a publish fails. Publish tools create, edit and cancel scheduled posts across one or many channels, and manage media: import an image, video or PDF from a public URL, or upload a local file through a one-time upload URL. The tools a model can see depend on the API key — a read-only key exposes nothing that changes data, and keys can be limited to specific channels.

Tools the Autoadify MCP server exposes

Typical tools an AI model can call. Exact names vary by version.

  • whoami — workspace, plan, permissions and remaining quota
  • list_channels — connected channels and their posting rules
  • list_posts / get_post — posts, per-channel status, live URL and errors
  • create_post / update_post / delete_post — schedule, edit or cancel posts
  • list_media / get_media — search the media library and inspect a file
  • import_media — pull an image, video or PDF from a public URL
  • create_media_upload / complete_media_upload — upload a local file
  • delete_media — delete a file (refused while a scheduled post uses it)

Claude Desktop (via mcp-remote)

Claude Desktop connects through mcp-remote so it can send the API key header. Restart Claude after saving.

Example prompts to try

Copy any of these into MCP Agent Studio after connecting.

  • Which channels are connected, and what are the posting rules for each?

  • Schedule this announcement to LinkedIn and X for 9am tomorrow, and show me the draft before you post it.

  • Post this product photo to Instagram and Facebook at 6pm today with a short caption and three hashtags.

  • Share this launch note on Reddit in the right subreddit with a clear title, and on X as a thread. Show me both first.

  • Write a professional LinkedIn post and a casual Threads post from this blog link, and schedule both for Monday 10am.

  • Schedule this video to TikTok and YouTube Shorts for Friday at noon with a hook in the first line.

  • Pin this image to Pinterest and post it to Bluesky tomorrow morning, with a different caption for each.

  • Cross-post this announcement to Instagram, Facebook, X, Reddit and LinkedIn, adapting the text to each platform's rules.

  • Spread these five tips over next week as one post a day on LinkedIn and X at 9am.

  • What is scheduled for the next seven days, grouped by channel?

  • Move Wednesday's Instagram post to Thursday at 7pm.

  • Cancel every scheduled post that mentions the old pricing.

  • List every post that failed this week and tell me why each one failed.

  • Give me the live URLs for everything that published yesterday.

  • Import the image at this URL into my media library and attach it to Thursday's scheduled post.

  • How much of my monthly request quota is left?

Models on MCP Playground

This is not a single-model product: you get the same MCP connection with 60+ models (Claude, GPT, Gemini, DeepSeek, open-weight, and more), you can switch mid-conversation, and you can open Compare mode to run the same prompt against multiple models at once. The card above is a suggested starting point for this server — not the only choice.

Default pick for Autoadify

Claude Sonnet 5

Posting goes live on real accounts, so the model must respect per-channel rules and confirm before publishing. Sonnet 5 follows those constraints reliably; Haiku is fine for read-only status checks.

Check an AI agent can actually use the Autoadify MCP server

Listing tools proves the server is reachable, not that a model can work with it. Evals go further: they read every tool on the server, write a test suite from its real schemas, and run it — code decides pass/fail on the responses (schema conformance, error codes, pagination, result caps) while a scoring model grades plain-English tasks driven through the tools.

Get a pass/fail report per tool with the evidence behind each verdict — and replay the same suite after every schema change. Destructive tools are excluded from the run.

Autoadify MCP server — FAQ

Common questions about connecting, scoping and using it safely.

What is the Autoadify MCP server?

It is a hosted MCP server at https://mcp.autoadify.com/mcp that exposes your Autoadify workspace to AI agents. Models can list connected social channels, schedule or publish posts to one or many of them, track per-channel status, and manage the media library.

How do I authenticate?

Create an API key in Autoadify under Settings → API & MCP and send it as an Authorization: Bearer header. The MCP server uses the same keys as the Autoadify REST API. Give the key Read and Publish permissions, limited to the channels the assistant should use.

Which plans include MCP access?

MCP is included on paid plans from Pro ($29/month, 10,000 requests a month). Team is $79/month with 100,000 requests and Enterprise is $299/month and unlimited. MCP calls share the same quota and rate limit as the REST API.

Does it work with claude.ai or ChatGPT connectors?

Not yet — those web connectors cannot send the API key header the server requires. Claude Code, Cursor, VS Code and Claude Desktop (through mcp-remote) all work, as does any client that supports remote Streamable HTTP servers with a custom header.

How do I stop an agent from posting something by mistake?

Publishing is live, so start with a read-only key — it exposes no tools that change data. When you add Publish, limit the key to a test channel first and ask the model to show you each post before it calls create_post.
