Meeting Follow-Up · Google Calendar, Notion & Slack

Never drop the ball after a meeting again. This agent reads your Google Calendar for attendees, agenda and time, creates structured follow-up notes in Notion with action items and owners, and posts a summary to the relevant Slack channel — all from a single prompt.

Getting your access token

A quick walkthrough for the credential this template needs.

  1. 1Google Cloud Console → **APIs & Services** → **Credentials** → create an OAuth 2.0 Client ID (Desktop app type). Complete the OAuth flow to get an access token.
  2. 2Notion → **Settings** → **Integrations** → create an internal integration, copy the token, share your meeting notes database with it.
  3. 3Slack → **api.slack.com** → your app → **OAuth** → copy the Bot User token (`xoxb-…`).

Try these prompts

Copy one into the studio to see the agent in action.

  • What meetings did I have today? Create a Notion follow-up doc for each one with attendees and a blank action items section.

  • Summarise my 2pm product sync — who attended, what was the agenda — and post the notes to #product on Slack.

  • Pull all my meetings from this week, flag any that don't have follow-up notes in Notion yet.

  • Create a meeting recap for my last call: decisions made, action items with owners, and post it to the attendees on Slack.

System prompt

The default instructions the model starts with. Edit it any time inside Agent Studio.
