Getting your access token

A quick walkthrough for the credential this template needs.

  1. 1Salesforce Setup → **App Manager** → create a **Connected App** with OAuth scopes (api, refresh_token).
  2. 2Complete the OAuth flow to obtain an access token, or use a session token from the Salesforce CLI.
  3. 3Paste the token into **Access token**. The MCP URL points to Salesforce's hosted endpoint.
